Simulex (simulation experience) Duquesne is a week-end long program held each spring. Through Duquesne University, the Spiritans provide an amazing program that brings awareness and wisdom to students who allow themselves to be put under pressure and tested. Their aim is to find the best resolution for peace. As Fr. Sawicki puts it: “The great value of Simulex is that it teaches the ability to make decisions in time sensitive manner in a very compressed period of time on very grave situations. At the end, this gives the students a sense of the complexity and difficulty of trying to solve the world’s problems.”
