I admit I'm biased, but I LOVE this little neighborhood! It's a community of just around 200 homes with friendly neighbors, and incredible convenience to amenities, minutes from Downtown Matthews, and easy access to major roads to get you where you want to go!

Built in about 2006, the homes are cute and spacious, with a definite leaning towards getting living space for Value!

The community has a little park with benches and playground, while only a couple of minutes away are the YMCA, food, spas, hair care, TWO grocery stores, a CVS, dance studio, 2 banks, and (yes) an ABC Store! :)
