Zbardhet drafti i PS për reformën - Vizion Plus - News - Lajme

Partia Socialiste ka dorëzuar pranë komisionit për reformën zgjedhore propozimet e saj për 3 kapitujt e mbetur pezull; administrimi i zgjedhjeve, ankimimi dhe votimi. Drafti është punuar vetëm nga eksperti i PS Bledar Çuçi dhe jep zgjidhje për 3 problemet qe kane bllokuar punën e komisionit prej rreth 2 muajsh; kryetarin e KQZ, hapjen e kutive dhe zbatimin e teknologjisë ne zgjedhje.
Ne lidhje me KQZ, PS propozon qe mandati i anëtareve te përfundoje 30 dite pas dekretimit nga presidenti ndërkohe qe kryetari i këtij institucioni duhet te dale pas seleksionimit te kandidaturave qe do te vijnë nga Dhoma Kombëtare e Avokatëve, Avokati i Popullit, Kryetari i Gjykatës së Lartë, Këshilli i Lartë i Drejtësisë, dhe të paktën 4 organizata të shoqërisë civile që kanë përvojë më shumë se 5 vjet në fushën e zgjedhjeve, sipas PS përdorimi i teknologjisë ne zgjedhje duhet te behet nëpërmjet projektit pilot ndërkohe qe sanksionohet edhe e drejta e 2 anëtareve te KQZ për te hapur kutitë e votimit. Përveç dorëzimit te propozimeve për kodin zgjedhor, PS nëpërmjet Ditmir Bushatit kërkoi mbylljen sa me te shpejte te reformës zgjedhore ne mënyre qe vendi te mos rrezikoje për te 3 here statusin e vendit kandidat. Edhe pse nje jave me pare parlamenti rimandatoi komisionin e reformës zgjedhore, mbledhja e pare e tij dështoi dhe kur afatet janë te ngushta ende nuk ka nje kompromis PS-PD.
