In this video I want to share with you what is lipase, what happens if you're deficient in it and how to get it.

Lipase is an enzyme. Enzymes are used to convert 1 thing into something else. When we are born we are have a reserve of enzymes. We are designed to replenish this supply of enzymes through eating good foods. Unfortunately cooked and processed foods destroy these enzymes and if we don't get enough of them it hurts us.

In fact it's been estimated that every 10 years our bodies make 13 percent less enzymes.

Lipase job is to help with digestion by breaking down fats in foods, so they can be absorbed in the intestines. This not only helps with food, but with fat soluble vitamins and fatty acids.

I know what you may be thinking. Ok, so what happens if I don't get enough of this enzyme?

The bad news is that a deficiency can lead towards high cholesterol, high triglycerides and difficulty losing weight. All this increases the chance of heart disease, which is a major problem.

More bad news is that it affects the health of cells, so nutrients cannot get in and waste doesn't escape. Lastly dizziness and trouble with walking can happen if your lacking in this nutrient.

Let's talk about something more positive and how to get more of this enzyme. You could get it from eating fresh foods such as avocados, bananas and apricots. Sadly, there is something known as soil depletion. This is when farmers use chemicals to help them earn more money, which helps them, but destroys enzymes in foods.

I recommend taking a quality supplement. As I mentioned down below I'm giving away a free video guide to dietary supplements and alternative medicine. There is a lot of crap when it comes to these products for example on the Dr. Oz show a few years ago they tested a bunch of supplements and 40% of them were mislabeled or had harmful ingredients in them.

This guide provides tips on shopping for these products, and can be extremely helpful. To learn more click on the link below.
