Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas called Wednesday in Geneva for the creation of a "special regime" for the protection of his people, despite the fact that it is the Palestinian Arabs - not Israelis - causing the waves of terror in Israel over the past month. Arab rioters have been turning the Temple Mount into a terror den in recent weeks, but yet it is Israel which has been blamed for the violence, even though it acts in self-defense to protect the compound from the rioters. The riots have snowballed into an unprecedented wave of stabbings, shootings, and other attacks against Jews and Israelis - with 778 incidents reported over the past four weeks alone.
