A little boy sits on his colorful scooter in the kitchen and is pushed forward by his Dad. Their little dog runs after the boy and grabs ahold of the chew toy which is attached to the scooter seat. The dog pulls the little boy by the chew toy all the way back to his Dad. While all of this is going on, the little boy giggles incessantly.
