South Sudan peace talks end without government deal

Despite an international deadline, South Sudan's president Salva Kiir refuses to sign a peace agreement to end 19 months of civil war in the county. Meanwhile, Nigerians push for President Muhammadu Buhari to keep his promise to end institutional corruption. And Zimbabwe's instability makes it far from an investor's paradise, but authorities there are making some effort to make the country more attractive to foreign businesses.
