Victor Boyle decided to pop the question to his girlfriend Edrea Chua during their scuba dive off of the Tioman Island. Victor holds a pink sign that says, "Will you marry me?" Then the scuba instructor brings the ring and he places it on her finger. They share their first kiss as fiancés all under the sea.
