Duy Huỳnh Tấn had a romantic surprise planned for his long-time girlfriend.  At a seaside restaurant, he secretly brought a bouquet of flowers for her.  Completely unaware, his girlfriend was about to make her life unforgettable.  Duy got down on one knee and presented her with a ring.  Cheers and applause erupted from the crowd around them.  Tears, hugs, and kisses filled the air as they shared this emotional and joyous moment, sealing their love with a promise of forever.
