China is aiming to reduce its reliance on manufacturing and become a world leader in technological innovation. In less than five years, the Beijing district of Zhongguancun has risen to become China's main high-tech and software hub. With its start-ups, business incubators, prestigious universities and investors, it's now often referred to as "China's Silicon Valley". Pierre-Philippe Berson reports.
