Short Video explaining where to find a Romero Hearse in GTA Online and modifying it to Hazzard County Rebel Spec.

First someone in the room must have a hearse and drive it past the cemetery, up to three Romero Hears may spawn. The car is fully customizable and you can store it in your personal garage.
