Nigerian banking chiefs are accused of being bad pennies. Almost two dozen have been arrested and face charges of currency fraud. Also, it's an uncomfortable start of the week for South African football after one of the officials who helped secure its 2010 hosting of the World Cup admits 10 million dollars was paid to a FIFA VP accused of corruption. All sides deny the cash was a bribe.
