Michael Lederer is an American novelist, short-story writer and playwright who divides his time between Cadaques in northern Spain, Dubrovnik, where he runs a Shakespeare festival, and his main home in Berlin where he does most of his writing. With Robin he talks candidly about his turbulent life, his inspirations and his successful battle against alcohol addiction.
