It's election time in the UK and the main parties have all come out with plans and pledges to improve the country's National Health Service. It provides free healthcare to all, but is under financial strain. Controversially, access to medical treatment varies depending on where you live. Our correspondents have been to Wales - homeland of the man who created the NHS - to meet some of the people living at the pressure points, and the politicians who say they have the cure.
