We have all been read the stories as children but the release of Cinderella throws feul on the debate as to whether fairy tales influence our children negatively or positively. Some professionals choose to see the negative side, saying they give our children unrealistic expectations of the world. We, however, through this news package aim to highlight the positives of reading fairy tales to young children by talking to a sociologist, a children's book writer and a regular mother. Not only do these stories encourage reading in young minds but they also help in developing their imagination highlighting exactly how crucial they are towards the mental development of little kids.
