Paella is one of Spain's most popular dishes. The original recipe, which combines seafood with chicken, vegetables and rice, comes from Valencia. But there are lots of variations. We visit the "La Pepica" restaurant in Valencia where Spanish chef Roberto Blanco shows us his favorite recipe for this Spanish classic.
