Bon Appetit, Europe! (01) Paella | Euromaxx

In this series we discover some of Europe’s specialty dishes. We start off in Spain where you'll find paella on just about every menu. It's essentially a rice dish with a little bit of everything thrown in, but it doesn't taste the same wherever you go. So we thought we'd try it out in its birthplace - in Valencia!
