Sony KDL-50W705B anomalies - magenta
Another example of the problem on the W705. A Notepad window is moved and resized over a magenta checkerboard pattern.
The magenta looks more like brown. But if a white rectangle is on a certain line of pixels, the larger the white area is the closer the magenta pixels become to what they should be.
This is in "Game-Original" mode with neutral settings. Some other modes improve the situation, but not fully, and anyway aren't ideal for computer uses.
