Senate Intelligence Committee Releases Damning Report on CIA Interrogation Practices

The Senate Intelligence Committee has released a report that claims the CIA used torture tactics that inconsistent with the values of the United States. Most of the torture happened in the months after 9/11 during the George W. Bush administration. Torture tactics including intense sleep deprivation and waterboarding.
