The Rhubarb Fizz is a variation on a classic vodka based fizz, adding rhubarb juice and combining it with a sweet note of Tonka Beans. A perfect light cocktail to drink as an appetiser or early in the evening.
INGREDIENTS:
6cl Wodka 3cl Lemon Juice 1,5cl Sugar Syrup 4cl Rhubarb Juice Egg White Soda Tonka Beans
RECIPE:
Combine the wodka, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white and shake on ice. Pour in a large tumble on ice. Fill up with Soda. Add orange peel as garnish and shave tonka beans on top.
