We're very excited to present you with this very special creation by the guys at Berlin's BarCel. Sarah's Chocolate might just be the perfect winter cocktail for the upcoming holiday season. With the distinct flavour of Patrón XO Cafe combined with blackberries, chocolate, amarena cherry syrup and a dash of sugar and lemon, it creates a flavor that is sweet, bitter, sour and even smokey at the same time. It's definitely not the fastest cocktail to make, but it's well worth the time and effort. We made a complete instruction how to make it in the video.
INGREDIENTS:
2cl Patrón XO Café 5cl Tequila 2,5cl Lemon Juice 5 blackberries Dash Sugar Syrup Chocolate 2cl Amarena Cherry Syrup
RECIPE:
Muddle blackberries in a shaker Add the Patron XO Cafe, Tequila, lemon juice, sugar syrup and chocolate rasp and shake on ice. Pour through a strainer and garnish with chocolate shavings.
