Man Tells President Obama Not To Touch His Girlfriend

President Obama was in Chicago to vote, and while doing so was told by a jealous fiancé, "Mr. President, don't touch my girlfriend."

While voting in Chicago for the midterm elections, President Obama was warned by a jealous fiancé, "Mr. President, don't touch my girlfriend."

At the time, Obama was standing next to the man’s beloved, Aia Cooper.

He made light of the situation, responding at first, "I really wasn't planning on it."

After, he quipped that it was, "an example of a brother just embarrassing you for no reason."

Cooper apologized for the comment and said she knew her fiancé was going to say something, she just wasn’t sure what it would be.

She was also noticeably embarrassed.

Perhaps to ease her discomfort, Obama painted an imaginary scenario that involved Cooper telling her family and friends about what had happened.

Obama guessed that she’d call her boyfriend out for being a fool, but mention how nice the president was about the whole thing, and in the end she’d decide it was all okay.

Before leaving the polling station, the president gave Cooper a hug and a kiss on the cheek, failing to heed the fiancé’s warning.

In addition to casting an early ballot and joking around with fellow voters, Obama spent his time in Chicago gathering support for Illinois Governor Pat Quinn.
