When veteran detective Regal Fox fails to save a high-profile hostage from a vicious gang member, he thinks he's quit the game. But when young hotshot detective Davis Rage takes up the case, he knows that both will need their guns out and their brains fired up in order to solve a mystery that threatens not just Miami, but indeed the world.
