World renowned chef Claus Meyer, co-founder of Nova, voted several times as the best restaurant in the world, was in La Paz, Bolivia on Monday for the graduation ceremony of 80 young chefs. Trained by Meyer, the chefs will be dispatched to poorer areas of the country to bring dishes using native Andean ingredientes to the population. teleSUR
