A former exotic dancer has filed a lawsuit against Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, claiming he assaulted her "after a June 2009 incident in a local hotel." Jana Weckerly says she was the person who took the racy pictures of Jones that were released in August by gossip site TerezOwens.com.
