LA woman Anne has had it up to here with her neighbor letting their dog poop on her yard and never picking it up, so she has decided to make her feelings known. She posted a sign on her yard letting the culprit know that she's keeping her eye on them, and if it happens again, they will find out what it's like to be pooped on. Literally.
