60 world leaders at NATO summit discuss conflict zones

The second day of the NATO summit is underway in Wales. Sixty world leaders will discuss a range of issues including the Islamic State offensive in Iraq and the situation in Syria and Ukraine. NATO's now defunct High Readiness Force will be replaced with a Response Force capable of being deployed anywhere in the world. teleSUR
