Plot / Synopsis:
To thwart the underhand practises of his young and seductive wife, an old man found an invaluable book, Thousand and One Feminine Ruses – Practical Directions for Elderly Husbands. Thanks to the book, the husband manages to avoid numerous traps laid out by his fickle partner, but she is a particularly imaginative woman who is determined to have the last word. The 1002nd Ruse celebrates a knowing female sexuality that would almost certainly not be found in any contemporary American equivalent (although it has much in common with the contemporary sex comedies of Lubitsch and DeMille).
