USA - Washington's bid to reduce greenhouse gas emissions angers coal country

The United States is home to just 5% of the world's population but emits close to a quarter of the planet's carbon dioxide. The country's coal industry is partly to blame. Miners and their communities feel targeted by President Barack Obama's goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2030. Our correspondents went to the region of Appalachia, in coal country, where the president's concerns over climate change and environmental protection are not welcome.
