The Jon/Stephen/Steve triangle and how it ... implodes; Stephen's always in Jon's shadow; Steve and Stepen fight too much; Jon gives Steve an ultimatum - The Daily Show or The Office, and Steve chooses the latter.
Then, later, Stephen and Jon have to present an Emmy together, Steve's in the audience, and ... that gets them all thinking about each other, on their respective show sets. Or something.
