The 2014 Virginia High School League State Debate Tournament was held at Liberty University.
The resolution for the tournament was "Resolved: Prioritizing economic development over environmental protection is in the best interest of the people of India."
Godwin LR took the affirmative position, while John Handley PS took the negative position on the resolution. There were three judges for the round.
