American paedophile historian Kurt Treptow is liberated from Romanian prison. He was convicted for 7 years because he was accused by sexual relations with 9 and 12 years old girls. Treptow was liberated before term, because he published a book about historical figure of Dracula. Lawyers argued that according to law his sentenced should be reduced by three days for each two days spent working on the paper while in prison.
