Interest of making this documentary is drawn on the recent waves of crises of teachers and education as a whole across the world. The various claims for welfare of teachers made by the officials appear to be empty promises. The sign of rising protests by teachers is an alarming situation for our generation and human civilization as well. There is fear that as teachers are also human beings,and if they don't have enough motivation to stay in an education sector, we will loose quality education. Therefore, it is necessary that the teachers must be honored!
