Turn your shoulds into Musts
Take your list of shoulds: "I should go to the gym, I should eat better food.’ ‘I should lose some weight.’ I should, I should , I should. See we don't actually change by saying that. We just “shoulding all over ourselves.” If we turn those “shoulds”into “musts” then my friends your entire life can changes.
