Decide what you want to experience before you do whatever you are going to do. How? By asking yourself a different question like.. what can i do or think right now in order to have a great time doing the things i must do? for example if you are going to the gym, what would you have to do with yourself in order to have a great training? Maybe if you train with your friend? or maybe if you have some music on? See start challenge yourself with this kind of questions and enjoy your experience. I know I say a lot of TRY in the video but i meant DO IT!!:)
