How To Use The Viva Fitness App
The great thing about Viva Fitness is that even beginners can join in the fun. If you do not have any experience with dancing or any form of aerobic exercise, it is recommended that you start with one dance at a time before moving on to the next. Do some basic stretching before you start dancing in order to warm-up your muscles. Once you have completed watching the exercise videos, you can move on to the cool-down video. Take your app anywhere you go and enjoy active fun even when you are away from home. If you want a more intense exercise session, get into the Viva Party where the videos play on loop and the fun just doesn't end. The Viva party is only available in the full version.
