What loop holes are there to get out of a debt from being sued ive seen it done but i dont know how im asking in the state of arkansas do they go after small amount like under 10 grand for car loans and do they go after people who have a foreclosure deffenciency balances is my question do they always sue people. im 22 and i stay with my parents im on medication because i got hurt on a job a while back so i lost evertyhing and i have to stay at home for now on. so i can pay the debt im not to worried about it but when i do i hope i can fix my credit. my parents want me to file chapter 7 bankruptcy but i dont have the money for it i got quoute 1300$ by an attorney to do it because he said thats cheap and i dont have that much debt. but i dont have the funds for it. so im wondering can i wait it out its been about a 2 years since all this happen i wrote them cease and decease communication letters have not got a call or a letter from any of them i just want to know are they eventually going to. the bankruptcy attorney told me they would but i think he was just saying that to get me to pay him. i just want to know do they always sue people for debt under $5000. i live off of social secuirty and i live with my parents so i cant pay these people back till i get better doctor told me that could be a while but im just worried about that judgement hitting me because i know they can resue even if the judgement has not cleared after 10 years i just need help with this please assist do they always go after people if they dont why not? longest and best awnser gets 10 stars -
