A few months after discharge, I am contacted by a company for a gym membership debt that was not on my credit report and I had forgotten about. I explained that I had filed Bankruptcy and they asked for my Attorney's name and number, bankruptcy case number etc. I gave them the information.
They contacted me again by mail. I called to remind them that I had filed and they had the information.
Today, I got another notification to collect and the amount has doubled. It is the same company. What can I do? -
