Demo of the general pupose console provided by the init process of FREEDOMSTEP. This console is used for traditional UNIX logins i.e. not thru the windowing server and for the NMI console. It can't yet expand TAB (ASCII 9) nor NEWLINE (ASCII 13) characters. All these are faked here until these espansions are enabled. Also lacking is the BEEP, BACKSPACE, VTAB and HOME expansions. Still, this should give you an idea of it's capabilities.
