Hello to all ! :-)
I present to you as an exercise in music composition at the picture a completely revisited musical version of Lord of The Rings, mainly focused on the character of Arwen Undomiel in an original mounting made by me of some sequences of the film from Peter Jackson 's trilogy inspired by the book of JRR Tolkien.
Some musical themes composed for the movie by Howard Shore have been partialy preserved but entirely re-orchestrated and / or modified by me.
Important : The Lord of the Rings "The Fellowship of the Rings", "The Two Towers" and "The Return of the King" in their film versions and the name of the caracters, events and places are full trademarks of The Saul Zaentz Company d/b/a Middle-earth Enterprises ("SCZ") under license to New Line Productions, inc., Copyrights 2011 New Line Productions, inc.
Before anything else, I wanted to say that I made this music with my guts. I cried with my characters, I laughed and lived epic moments with them during all these hard hours of hard work.
The challenges were :
- Create while respecting the musical universe created by Howard Shore a new credible soundtrack alternative,
- Create new themes, fully integrated into the world of the original soundtrack. Six new themes in all have been created in this release
- Perform an original installation of certain sequences of the trilogy to "revisit" the saga, in honoring the character of Arwen Undomiel, but not only ... !
- Try to keep ALL the dialogues and voices, without omitting any, with what it means as technical constraints imposed .
