(unedited footage) This is one of the three videos i'm going to post. This video covers the questions I get asked most..."what are you eating right now?" and "how do you get ready for the day". I typically show up to work with 3 or 4 containers of food (all cooked daily). This shows my way of getting ready for the day with a few good tips on how you can organize your meals. Its alot of talking so feel free to skip around but there's some good information in there if your looking to enter competitions or just embark on a set meal plan. The next video will be a quick arm workout and after that it will be footage from the shows.
