"For in Isaac shall thy SEED be called."
(Genesis 21:12; Romans 9:7-8; Hebrews 11:18, King James Bible Version)
THE SEED OF ABRAHAM: "THE ISRAEL OF GOD!"
Whom does "the SEED of Abraham" refer to, in the Holy Bible? God's Word tells us that through Abraham's SEED, all families of the earth shall be blessed; and that "In Isaac shall thy (Abraham's) SEED be called." Therefore, since all families of the earth are included in God's Salvation plan through Christ Jesus, "the SEED of faith" and "the SEED of righteousness" akin to Abraham willing to sacrifice Isaac as commanded by God, and whom God saved from Abraham's knife, then, God does not show favoritism, preference, or partiality, neither to Jews nor to Gentiles,. God does not show preference, favoritism or partiality to any specific ethnic group or tribe on the earth. For, God's Word proclaims, "Whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Thus, we Christians, who come from all people-groups of diverse ethnicities who have faith in Christ as Lord and Savior, are "the SEED of Abraham," the "Israel of God," the Church, because God's Word calls us to spiritual rebirth, in that, we must be "born anew," in the spirit; in that we must be "born of God." (John 1:1-18; John 3:3, King James Bible). For, as Christ teaches us by His eternal Word of Truth, what is physical is physical (birth from our mother's womb); and what is spiritual is spiritual (to be "born of God") by faith in Christ Jesus by receiving the Holy Spirit through repentence, forgiveness, and baptism in the name of God the Father, Jesus the Son of God, and the Holy Spirit, as commanded by Christ before His ascension unto Heaven, following His resurrection from the dead. Therefore, do not be deceived for God is not mocked. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 6:23, King James Bible). God is not a man that He should lie. God's Word is Truth and we who are called to worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. A temple of stone or of bricks is lifeless, inanimate, and spiritless. Christ came as a human being to then rise from the dead as the Son of God. His Holy Spirit cannot indwell lifeless things like rocks, stones, trees and bricks. For these things cannot receive God's Holy Spirit to be indwelled as a righteous and holy habitation. We human beings, through repentent and forgiving faith in Christ, God's resurrected Son, become the temple and vessel for His Holy Spirit as "the righteousness of God," the Church on the earth as the true "Israel of God" joining this heavenly legacy of witnesses preceding us, from Abel, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Moses, David, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, etc., up to the time of Christ when Matthew, Marc, Luke, John, Paul, etc., lived, and until now, in present times, and forevermore thereafter! Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift of salvation in Christ! God bless you. And God bless the United States of America, the land of the free and the home of the brave!
