Azerbaijan's Aliyev wins a predicted third term as president

Celebrations among Azerbaijan's ruling party after their man wins a third term as president.

There was little doubt that Ilham Aliyev would win - with his control over most levers of power and media outlets the only question was 'by how much?'.

With most ballots counted he looks to have polled nearly 85 percent.
