Wall Street Flat Ahead Of Fed Announcement

U.S. stocks were mixed on Wednesday as investors wait ahead of the Federal Reserve's highly-anticipated announcement on the future of its quantitative easing (QE) stimulus program. The Dow Jones industrial average was down 37.56 points, or 0.24 percent, at 15,492.17. The S&P 500 was down 2.30 points, or 0.13 percent, at 1,702.54.
