Russia: deadly fire engulfs Novgorod hospital

Dozens of people are feared dead after a fire raged through part of a psychiatric hospital in Novgorod, northwestern Russia.
At least 40 people are believed to have been inside the building when it broke out. Authorities have confirmed one death so far.
Local media are reporting that initial investigations suggest the blaze could have been started by a patient setting his bed on fire.
