In this series of reviews I will be examining the plot of the various groups of missions in Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty to highlight retcons, poor plots, and illogical decisions. Where relevant I will compare SC2 to SC1.
Overall I felt that this mission was well written though I felt it was odd that Ariel Handson praised you for slaughtering infested Terrans on Meihhoff but condemned you for doing the same thing on the next mission, even though both times you were doing this to protect the non-infested Terrans. Even odder was that Raynor felt the same way despite calling for the Terrans on Meinhoff to be purged.
