This dumbbell shoulder workout targets the SIDE DELTS to build wider, rounder, and more aesthetic shoulders.

Target Muscles:

āœ” Upper Traps (Support)

How to Perform:
• Sit on a bench holding dumbbells at your sides
• Keep chest up and core tight
• Raise one dumbbell out to the side
• Lift until shoulder height
• Control the negative slowly
