00:00Folks, you better buckle up and get ready because in today's video, we're going to break down the latest on the market and plays.
00:06And then we're going to go on to three stocks that have crazy potential in November 2025.
00:11Each of these stocks has a beautiful business model, a huge proof of concept, a ton of massive tailwinds backing them up.
00:19I'll make the case for each of these as well as the risks and let you be the judge.
00:22And I'm going to put all the timestamps down below.
00:24But as always, if you're the one taking the ultimate risk, make sure that you're the one doing the ultimate frisk.
00:29Always do your own due diligence and all ideas presented.
00:31Also, last call, our 25% off sale on Discord membership will be ending tomorrow night.
00:37Our Halloween sale is officially coming to a close.
00:40This is the last and final call. There will be no more extensions.
00:42We've got a crazy week coming up with a lot of earnings reports and a lot of catalysts.
00:46And so you're not going to want to miss our day-by-day briefings.
00:49And I'm going to be posting a lot of key prep, predictions, and alerts.
00:53So this is a great time to join.
00:55And so if you do want to join us, make sure to click that link down below before tomorrow night.
00:58Okay, so let's start with market context here.
01:00So we just had October. Are we heading for an up November?
01:03Well, let's look at the historical data.
01:04So November, on average, has been the strongest month for the last 10 years.
01:08And when adjusting for 20 years, it's the second strongest month historically.
01:12Now, what about years like this year that we've just had,
01:14where the S&P 500 has already returned more than 15% year-to-date by the end of October?
01:19Well, in those situations, November tends to average up 2.7%.
01:23And the median is up 2.5%, with markets ending higher 81% of the time.
01:28And then when you look at December, it tends to be slightly worse than that.
01:31But you're still averaging at 2% up and the median at 2.1% up with a win ratio of 71.4%.
01:38What about the overall odds of a year-end rally net?
01:41When you're looking at the whole bigger picture, November and December,
01:44you add in some volatility and so forth.
01:46What does the data say tends to happen in this kind of situation?
01:49Well, if you look at the historical data for the years where the S&P 500 is up like we are this year,
01:53well, the last two months of those years were actually ending green 95.2% of the time.
01:59The only exception was 1986.
02:01And even that wasn't much of a drop.
02:03Now, that doesn't mean that this year might not be the exception.
02:05But I think that if you're a bear, you have a lot that's going against you.
02:09Reasons why we believe the year-end might be higher?
02:10Well, historical data.
02:12CapEx is heating up massively.
02:14More rate cuts coming next year.
02:15Maybe we're going to get one in December.
02:17Who knows?
02:17The next Fed chair is coming in May, which is going to be very, very dovish.
02:21Whoever Trump's going to pick for this next term is going to be an even crazier money printer.
02:25The USD is melting and the stock market is denominated in the USD.
02:29And then you just got a major US trade deal of China finalized.
02:32Now, what are some reasons why year-end could be lower?
02:33Well, you could get a sudden Trump trade policy shift, which that tends to happen a few times
02:38every couple of months.
02:39You could get Powell signaling a change in policy, which is probably unlikely.
02:42He's already kind of dampered on the December cut.
02:44And that really hasn't done that much to spook markets.
02:46And then you could see tax loss harvesting, which usually has quite the minimal impact.
02:49And then maybe you get some sort of unforeseen black swan that is impossible to predict.
02:54But overall, bigger picture, it looks like very clearly the bears have a lot they're fighting
02:58against right now.
02:59There's a famous quote that says, don't fight the Fed.
03:01Well, right now, the bears are actually fighting the Fed, the US dollar, the White House, trade
03:06policy drama de-escalating, unprecedented levels of CapEx, and 50 plus years of market data.
03:11Now, what's the practical takeaway?
03:12Is it that you should go all guns blaring into every stock because a crash can never come?
03:17Of course not.
03:17The practical takeaway is always be a cautious bull, understanding that long-term great assets
03:22at great prices are going to do very, very well.
03:25But at certain points, you're going to have periods of time where those actually become
03:28very discounted, sometimes crazy discounted, which allow you to buy in at even better deals.
03:33But those periods shouldn't derail your overall plan and your overall long-term growth trajectory.
03:39Step one, own great assets that you actually have conviction in, buy steady over time,
03:44dollar cost averaging, and relax.
03:46All I'm saying, buy good assets over time and chill the hell out.
03:50If you're somebody that's finding yourself freaking out on every level of volatility,
03:54this is the strategy that you should be focused on.
03:57I think 99% of people, if they focus on this first, they're going to be building a great
04:01foundation long-term.
04:03And if they want, they can add in momentum trading, they can add in squeeze trading,
04:06spec trading, and so on and so forth, which does require higher levels of skill when it
04:12comes to risk management.
04:13Okay, we got to talk about the trade deal front.
04:15So China and the U.S. finally signed a major trade deal on November 1st.
04:19Now, if you remember fund manager and media expert rhetoric in April at tariff crash lows,
04:23you could see how far we've come.
04:25Back in April, when we were screaming, buy, buy, buy, a lot of fund managers and experts
04:29yelled that we were going to see the complete decoupling of trade globally, and that that
04:33was going to permanently derail the stock market.
04:35They said buying the dip would put you on the street, leave you bankrupt.
04:39The media parroted this mindset for very, very long periods of time.
04:42And sadly, many, many people sold out of their 401ks with massive penalties.
04:47They locked in huge losses.
04:48They permanently left the market.
04:49And it was all because of this very, very aggressive financial media fear-mongering.
04:53And anyways, now it's November, and not only have markets rebounded and built well onto
04:57all-time highs, but now we've got the major U.S.-China trade policy war behind us.
05:02So what are the benefits of this deal from a stock market standpoint?
05:05Well, for starters, this should create an even bigger risk-on sentiment boost, which
05:08could mean a much broader market rally, not just the big tech names rallying, but a lot
05:12of the companies and different sectors that were destroyed by tariff uncertainty.
05:16While a lot of them might come back soon, by halting new tariffs and easing export tensions,
05:20the deal reduces geopolitical risk premiums.
05:22That means trade-weary capital might be set to rotate back into cyclicals and growth as
05:26trade war till risk fades.
05:29Expect net relief rallies in indices like the S&P 500, the NASDAQ, and the Dow Industrials.
05:34Volatility VIX often compresses after such truces, fueling short-term risk on momentum.
05:38There's also the supply chain relief, which is going to cause a lot of relief for manufacturing,
05:42tech, and EV stocks, quite crucial for semiconductor plays like NVIDIA, AMD, SMCI, and Intel, EV
05:48and battery producers, industrial machinery plays.
05:50You're also going to see an agricultural and commodity rebound trade.
05:53This is going to mean energy and AG agricultural plays are going to rise, and energy names are
05:58going to benefit indirectly from improved global trade flows and freight demand.
06:02The more you see trade around the world, more energy demanded, and the more energy prices
06:05go up, and the more these energy names, especially the efficient ones, see inflows.
06:09Number four, you're going to see confidence and liquidity surge, even higher than it is
06:13today, which is going to result in even higher corporate investment.
06:17Reduced uncertainty historically has always encouraged corporate capex and buybacks to
06:21increase, and it's also improved earnings visibility quite a lot.
06:25This is going to be especially supportive for AI infrastructure, industrial, and shipping
06:29logistics names, and global investors are going to see US markets as a much safer and
06:33open destination, strengthening dollar inflows, which is a good reversal.
06:36So overall, I mean, what you're going to see is market psychology flip from decoupling fear
06:40to stabilization relief, which is going to be very, very important for specifically the
06:44companies that were left behind by the big tech rally this year.
06:46Much of the non-tech S&P 500, which is underperformed, and I think that this news is going to help
06:51broaden out the big bull market rally we've had quite a lot, which could lift a lot of
06:56names out there.
06:56Okay, let's move on to rare earths.
06:58So the thesis for rare earth stocks, specifically domestic ones here in the United States, is that,
07:03look, China controls 85 to 95% of global rare earth supply and some 80% for the US specifically,
07:10and this leaves US and allies cornered if China decides to pull the plug.
07:14Rare earths are essential, absolutely essential for data centers, battery defense systems, aerospace
07:19systems, consumer electronics, medical imaging, and equipment, satellites, basically the majority
07:23of electronic technology.
07:24And this makes rare earths a matter of national security.
07:28There are no shortage of freaky looking graphics that depict how scary our dependence on China
07:33for this is.
07:34And unless this is countered, well, long term, the US will be at a significant disadvantage.
07:38You know, the Trump admin has tried to counter this by taking stakes, financing, and or otherwise
07:41backing domestic rare earth suppliers.
07:43Now, popular rare earth stocks with government backing and or suspected future government backing
07:47include MP Materials, MP, Lithium, Americas, LAC, US Rare Earths, USAR, American Battery
07:53Technology, ABAT, and many, many more.
07:55But these are all in a pushback from all-time highs.
07:57That's why.
07:58China recently restricted rare earth exports, which caused massive spikes in these stocks.
08:02Then China and the US de-escalated.
08:04And of course, most recently on November 1st, the US and China made that deal that suspended
08:08these restrictions.
08:09And that was for the timeline of one year.
08:11That said, the long-term thesis here is very much unchanged.
08:14Long-term, the thesis is unchanged.
08:16Government has taken significant effort to support domestic companies and has made reshoring
08:20away from China a key component of its goals.
08:23If China can suspend rare earths on a whim, the US does not have national security in the
08:27segment.
08:28And that's why I believe that the administration's push to support domestic rare earths is only
08:33beginning.
08:34If China can play around with our national security, that reaffirms the goal of really,
08:39really booming out the domestic industry here.
08:42So overall, I would say, look, the counter-China trade is alive and well.
08:45And rare earths is going to remain a key battlefield for the coming years.
08:49So speaking of the counter-China trade, let's talk nuclear.
08:52Few people are realizing that energy production and the ability to produce energy cheap is
08:56one of the core fronts of the overall AI arms race.
08:59And with electricity costs skyrocketing, this is going to become a bigger and a bigger issue.
09:03And one of the main ways to solve this is with nuclear energy.
09:05You look at the number of nuclear reactors under construction right now, China is far,
09:10far, far ahead of everyone else.
09:1129 nuclear reactors.
09:13And so the Trump admin has been pouring focus into countering this.
09:15Quote, Trump administration backs plan for new nuclear plants.
09:18And we've been talking about this for a while and named a few ideas in the space.
09:21Now, one of those core ideas in the segment was the SPAC called H-O-N-D, HOND.
09:26We explained that they were going to be merging with terrestrial energy.
09:29And it was one of the main publicly traded ways to get in on the new DOE, Department of
09:33Energy program.
09:34And my prediction was that you'd see an anticipatory run before the merger and then
09:37a take profit period right before and after the merger, as has been the case with SPACs
09:40historically.
09:41And then long term, you'd see an adjustment to its true value, which I believe is going to be
09:45much higher.
09:46Now, anyways, they merged and it's now IMSR on the NASDAQ.
09:49The overall titles haven't changed yet.
09:51It's probably going to take a couple market days for them to change.
09:53But if you look at the overall chart, that's basically what happened.
09:56What we predicted is what happened.
09:57It was trading at just under 14 bucks when we called out HOND and then it ran to 27 bucks.
10:01And then now it's back down to $17 post merger.
10:04So where will it bottom for long term growth?
10:07Well, I'd argue around 14 to 15 bucks a share based on previous patterns before a longer term
10:11uptrend that takes it back into the 20s and then the 30s in the bull case for 2026.
10:15If you're in the discord, we're going to continue to update you on this.
10:17And there's going to be new calls alerted probably sometime this week once the stock
10:21steadies out a bit.
10:22Okay, next, let's move on to our new picks for November 2025.
10:26So we got to start with number three, Fermi Inc.
10:28F-R-M-I.
10:29So what is Fermi?
10:30Well, Fermi is essentially an AI-focused infrastructure real estate trust with a bold plan to build
10:35massive data center campuses powered by on-site energy generation, natural gas, solar batteries,
10:40and most importantly, next-gen nuclear.
10:42The company's powered shell lease model lets hyperscaler tenants plug directly into dedicated
10:47power capacity, a crucial edge as AI workloads push global energy demand through the roof as
10:52we've been talking about.
10:53It's a high potential business.
10:54I mean, you got a promising model, you got massive market tailwinds, but there's also
10:58a lot of execution, financing, and regulatory hurdles in this space.
11:01So why does this stock stand out to me?
11:03Well, for starters, it has a connection to the president.
11:05Rick Perry is co-founder and director of F-R-M-I, and if you recall, Rick Perry was the energy
11:11secretary in Trump's first term.
11:13He's also a former governor of Texas, and he has a very famous name in Republican politics,
11:18and he's using this experience, and I think his name, to build out a colossal nuclear campus
11:22in Texas.
11:23Now, as the former U.S. secretary of energy and a former governor of Texas, Perry is likely
11:29quite familiar with all of the layers of red tape and likely has a ton of relations.
11:33They can help expedite the regulatory process here, which is the main hassle.
11:38And moreover, get this, guess who they are naming their massive Texas campus after?
11:42Well, none other than President Trump.
11:44Cringy?
11:45Sure.
11:45But that's the way this game works.
11:47A lot of companies played the same game during the Biden administration, trying to push the
11:50ESG policies and some other policies.
11:52A lot of people think that corporations are naturally one party or the other, but really,
11:56the corporation's main political party is the political party of money, which means they're
12:01going to follow wherever the money is.
12:02And it looks to me like this company's being built from the ground up with the understanding
12:05of how to play the game to get the massive moonshot government deals.
12:09If you're reading the tea leaves, I mean, there's a lot of nuclear plays out there that could
12:12have got government funding.
12:13But quite frankly, I mean, they're kind of run by people that are still playing by the
12:17old books.
12:17They're trying to advertise themselves as climate change plays when they really should be advertising
12:22themselves as energy security, national security plays.
12:25Again, they do the same thing.
12:26But how you advertise makes your politics very, very well known.
12:29And that's why you're seeing a lot of these companies start pivoting very, very aggressively
12:33to catering to the Trump administration.
12:35And also, this type of company specifically looks like it's being built from the ground
12:39up, catering to the Trump administration and the national priorities of the Trump administration,
12:43which I think is going to help them a lot to build in the space the next few years.
12:47Okay, so what's the overall case for Fermi?
12:49AI boom, as you know, it's not just about chips.
12:52It's about electricity and space.
12:53Every new LLM or training cluster needs megawatts of stable power, and Fermi is directly targeting
13:00that bottleneck.
13:01Its Texas campus aims to deliver up to 11 gigawatts of capacity long term enough to power
13:06some of the largest AI operations on Earth.
13:09It's got strategic leadership and Trump ties.
13:11Of course, like we've just said, co-founded by Rick Perry, former U.S. Energy Secretary under
13:15President Trump, a major credibility and access advantage for permits and partnerships exists.
13:21The plan Donald J. Trump generating plant isn't just a name.
13:24It's branding that, quite frankly, panders for political support and media visibility
13:27in a pro-energy, pro-infrastructure environment, specifically in regards to reshoring energy
13:32independence.
13:33It's got first mover scale and REIT structure.
13:36So Fermi is trying to do something no other REIT is doing, and that's vertically integrating
13:39real estate, power generation, and data center leasing into a single platform.
13:43The REIT structure could make it a future dividend powerhouse if projects reach cash flow status.
13:48Fake digital infrastructure meets utility yield service.
13:52Institutional investors piled in at IPO around $21 per share, which is a strong vote of confidence
13:57for a pre-revenue company.
13:59And right now, it's not trading much higher than that, which is great.
14:02And then there's also the clear macro relevance.
14:03With the U.S. and China tech robbery and rare earth cruise easing temporarily, at least
14:08domestic AI power capacity is going to become a national priority.
14:12And Fermi's U.S.-based energy independent design aligns perfectly with America First energy
14:16policy and the push to onshore critical infrastructure.
14:19Anyways, this is what we sent out to Discord members on Fermi this past Thursday.
14:22Quote, Fermi signed two additional nuclear agreements tied to its planned Amarillo, Texas
14:27data center campus, aiming to start production of long lead equipment for four Westinghouse
14:31AP1000 reactors.
14:33And then we set this out today.
14:34FRMI is a unique setup to the data center slash nuclear slash alt space with a close
14:39connection to the president through his former energy secretary, Rick Perry.
14:42As we pointed out here Thursday, this is going to continue to be a relevant stock with upside
14:46potential for the coming quarters and years.
14:48Okay, next, number two, TSMC, Taiwan Semiconductor, trading as TSM.
14:53So TSMC is the world's largest chip foundry by revenue.
14:55Almost every big tech company is a client of Taiwan Semiconductor.
14:58If you're talking about NVIDIA, AMD, Broadcom, Apple, you name it, it's a customer.
15:02Now, we have been calling this out since way lower prices, both on YouTube, but also many
15:06times in the Discord.
15:07It is also a core portfolio pick in the Discord.
15:09If you're somebody who does look at our model portfolios, but I continue to believe that
15:13this is a buy and hold slowly over time type of pick.
15:16We love it long term, even though it's up at way over all time highs, we love it.
15:20And quite frankly, the numbers back us up.
15:23The overall breakdown here is yes, this is the world's largest chip foundry.
15:26The customers as the customers scale and these customers are scaling pretty rapidly.
15:30If you look at recent earnings reports and the earnings coming this week.
15:33Well, as those companies scale, it's inevitable that you see TSMC scale as well, because again,
15:38they're all contracting together.
15:40And there's the AI boom fuel.
15:41Every AI chip from NVIDIA's H100 to Apple's M series depends on TSMC's advanced nodes.
15:48They're the invisible backbone of the AI arms race and set to skyrocket.
15:52Number three, record growth.
15:54Latest earnings showed revenue up over 40% year over year and profits hitting all time
15:58highs as AI and high performance computing demand continues to explode.
16:01And I believe that CapEx is going to explode even more into 2026, which means that TSMC should
16:06explode to global expansion, building new fabs in Arizona, Japan, and Germany reduces geopolitical
16:12risks and secures billions in subsidies from friendly governments.
16:14And I think that this new China trade deal is actually going to help de-risk a lot of
16:18that, a lot of the fear away from Taiwan and an impending invasion.
16:22And then you have the massive competitive moat, decades of R&D process leadership at three
16:26nanometer and below and trust from top clients make it nearly impossible for rivals to catch
16:31up in this space.
16:32Number six, valuation.
16:33It's still reasonable despite its dominance, TSMC trades at a lower multiple that many
16:37US peers like NVIDIA or AMD, giving long-term investors room for upside in the overall AI
16:42arms race supply chain.
16:43And then quite frankly, I mean, the overall bull case, this is a picks and shovels play on
16:46the entire tech revolution as AI, EVs, and data centers scale worldwide.
16:51I mean, TSMC is quietly profiting behind the scenes, and this is something that you got
16:55to keep in mind.
16:55And this is why we have been very, very big believers in the stock for a long time and continue
16:59to be.
16:59Now, finally, number one, AMAT stock.
17:02So I believe that AMAT is very quickly heading for a breakout of its all-time highs and will
17:05build substantially above that.
17:07And look, it's failed many times before, but right now you have some of the strongest growth
17:11we've seen and some of the strongest momentum, and that's backed by, again, the numbers
17:14behind the scene.
17:15Applied Materials is one of the most critical companies behind the chip manufacturing process
17:18itself.
17:19While TSMC helps make chips, AMAT actually builds the tools that make TSMC itself possible.
17:24Look, we've called the stock out here before on this channel a number of times.
17:27We even broke down how members of Congress were buying shares in the stock back in 2024,
17:30and we alerted call options in the Discord as late as this summer.
17:34But I continue to believe that AMAT is a buy.
17:36Why?
17:36The numbers support it, the demand supports it, and again, all of its partners are reporting
17:39huge revenue boosts, which suggests to me that this will also be reporting huge boosts.
17:44AMAT is essentially the company that builds the machines that build the chips, making it
17:48a very, very critical level of the supply chain here.
17:50Now, it's the backbone of semiconductor manufacturing.
17:53AMAT provides the advanced equipment and materials that companies like TSMC, Samsung, and Intel
17:57must use to produce chips without AMAT's machines.
17:59There's no chip supply.
18:00It's as simple as that.
18:01They're riding the AI and Foundry expansion boom.
18:03Every new data center GPU, every three nanometer fab, every AI wafer, build out directly boosts
18:09AMAT's order book.
18:10If you look at their numbers, if you look at their backlog, if you look at their order
18:12book overall, I mean, this company is an absolute monster.
18:16They profit as everyone else scales, and as the other companies are reporting their scaling,
18:19you're seeing this one scale as well.
18:21They've got explosive demand visibility orders and backlog remain near record highs as foundries
18:26invest hundreds of billions of dollars globally under the US, Japan, and EU chip incentive
18:30programs.
18:31Government backing is a big thing here.
18:33Diversified dominance AMAT isn't just about logic chips.
18:36It also leads in memory, display, and packaging equipment, giving it a balanced exposure across
18:41every major chip cycle.
18:43It's got strong financial momentum, free cash flow near record levels, margins expanding,
18:46and steady buybacks.
18:48Management keeps capital disciplined while riding secular tailwinds, which we love to
18:52see a masterclass in business management.
18:54You've got valuation that's still appealing.
18:56I know it's at all-time highs, but it's trading well below NVIDIA style multiples despite being
18:59an arms dealer to the entire semiconductor industry.
