Ingredients:
Ghee as required
Few Cashew Nuts
2 Bowls Grated Carrot
1 Bowl Sugar
2 Cups Milk
Cardamom Powder
Melon Seeds

Method of Preparation:
1. Heat a pan add Ghee as required.
2. Then add few Cashew Nuts & fry till light brown & keep aside.
3. Add Grated Carrot and saute till the water evaporates out.
4. Then add 2 Cups of Milk & keep on stirring till all the Milk is absorbed.
5. Then add 1 Bowl Sugar & keep stirring till sugar melts & the mixture turns into a soft halwa texture.
6. Then if required add some Ghee & give a quick stir.
7. Once done add the fried Cashew Nuts & sprinkle Cardamom powder & melon seeds for crunchy taste.
