This stigma needs to be eliminated by societal efforts. A person handicapped by such conditions is a loss of a productive person from  the economy of the world. Exposure to unfavorable social, economic, geopolitical and environmental circumstances – including poverty, violence, inequality and environmental deprivation – also increases people’s risk of experiencing mental health conditions. So, this awareness to empowerment series will come up with videos which help to address individual issues by the members of the society by themselves, through expertise and exercises. After COVID-19 Pandemic vulnerabilities has increased yet human determination to overcome the challenges is promising. Let's join hands to prevent our fellow being from loosing quality of life.
